Our Mindful /Play boxes are filled with fun activities, for mum and baby, each box contains specifically designed age-appropriate activities that help guide your child in a mindful manner while achieving milestones. Each box caters for mums self love journey through motherhood.

Description

In our boxes, not only do we provide activities for baby but also for mom/dad, or the caregiver to integrate the mind, heart, body connection. We have developed one mindful box per age group, each box covers the milestones and activities for that specific age group. We have done this because as a child’s brain grows, synapses (i.e., neural connections) start to form. The more these synapses are activated, the more they become hardwired. The connections that are used repeatedly will stick around while those that are not are “pruned.” Through this process, slowly but surely a child starts to learn and grow.
